Our Story

From Santiago
to Palm Harbor.

Matías and Valentina arrived in Palm Harbor at the end of 2023, coming all the way from Santiago, Chile — with one dream: to open a coffee shop that felt like home.

Over time, Charlie Coffee grew into something more. It became a place where handmade empanadas, specialty lattes, and warm hospitality come together every single day.

The name "Charlie" comes from their dog, Charles — the face behind the café's beloved French Bulldog logo. And alongside Luna, the two pups are always part of the Charlie Coffee family.
